Act on Ability is an NDIS registered provider and we currently provide services in Western Sydney – Nepean – Blue Mountains – Lithgow, NSW Areas. We provide Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Plan Management, Counselling, Group Therapy & Capacity Building Assessments for NDIS, and Support for NDIS Workers.
